The Onyx Plus takes the specification of the 633 Ruby and adds Tremolo and a solid state rectifier to produce a tighter response and bump up the maximum output power to 45 watts. The relatively simple feature set of the Onyx + makes getting great sounds a straightforward process. This amp excels at clean sounds breaking up smoothly when pushed.

Unlike many other designs where the tremolo modulates both the dry and reverb signals, the Tremolo in the Onyx Plus operates around the first valve stage, before the reverb.  This means the guitar signal is modulated by the tremolo first and then the reverb is applied to this signal allowing some very sophisticated tones to be produced.

3 x ECC83 & 2 6L6 Valves

Power On/Off switch, Mains Fuse, Mains Inlet 230VAC 115 Watts, HT Fuse, Speaker Sockets 1/4″ Jack x 3 (4, 8 & 16 Ohms) Cab Sim Output – Transformer balanced with Neutrik 3 Pin Male XLR, Foot Switch connector – Neutrik 5 Pin Female XLR Locking.

3 Button controlling Reverb, Tremolo and more foorswitch. Pedal power 9v @ 600mA with 5 DC outlets. Supplied with 5m Cable with Neutrik XLR connectors.

18mm Birch Ply covered in Green/Back tolex, black leather handle and illuminated logo. Solid Ash front panel, Oil & Wax finish.

Incl heavy duty branded cover and 50 Watt resistive load box.

Zilla Cab in matching Green talent with a Celestion Alnico Gold G12 Speaker.
