A superb example of one of the finest modern Casino reissues ever produced, this Epiphone Elitist 1965 Casino captures the unmistakable look, feel and tone of the legendary mid-1960s Epiphone hollowbody made famous by John Lennon, Paul McCartney and George Harrison.

Produced at the renowned Terada factory in Japan in 2009, during the highly respected Elitist-era run. These Japanese-built Casinos are widely regarded as some of the best Epiphone instruments ever made, combining vintage-correct specifications with exceptional craftsmanship and premium materials.

Built with a fully hollow laminated maple body and a slim mahogany neck joined at the historically correct 16th fret, the Elitist 1965 Casino delivers the airy resonance, woody attack and dynamic responsiveness that define the classic British Invasion sound. The lightweight fully hollow construction gives the guitar an incredibly alive acoustic character, equally suited to jangly cleans, blues grit and vintage overdriven tones.

Factory-fitted with USA-made Gibson P-90 pickups, the Elitist Casino produces rich harmonic detail, sparkling clarity and the raw edge that made the original 1960s Casinos so iconic.
