Fano’s Alt de Facto range is renowned for its boutique craftsmanship, individual character and imaginative reinterpretations of classic electric guitar designs. This RB6 Thinline is a superb example, combining a bold black finish with vintage amber neck tinting, aged nickel hardware and carefully selected premium components.

The alder body is paired with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, offering a classic tonewood combination. The 24.75-inch scale length and compound 10″–16″ fingerboard radius provide a comfortable playing experience, combining an easy feel across the lower positions with a flatter radius for smooth bending and lead work higher up the neck.

A pair of Lollar Imperial humbuckers delivers the tonal versatility expected of a high-quality boutique instrument, offering warmth, clarity, articulation and rich harmonic detail. The straightforward volume, tone and three-way toggle arrangement keeps the controls intuitive, while the aluminium pickguard and nickel barrel knobs complete the guitar’s distinctive aesthetic.

Medium distressing to the body and neck gives this example a convincing, well-played vintage character. The Bull Black body finish contrasts beautifully with the vintage amber-tinted neck, creating an instrument with plenty of visual personality.
